1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our product catalog, select the items you want to customize, choose your options, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, where you can enter your shipping information and complete your payment.
2. Can I customize every item?
Yes! Almost all items on SK Gifts World are customizable. You can add names, special messages, images, or other details specific to your request. Each product page will have specific customization options.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing and customization generally take 2-5 business days. After that, delivery times depend on your location but typically range from 5-7 business days within India. For specific shipping information, you can refer to our Shipping Policy or contact us.
4. What if I need my order urgently?
If you have a time-sensitive order, please reach out to us at skgiftsworld@gmail.com or 9791274514. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on customization requirements and availability.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and other secure online payment methods. All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
6. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If customization hasn’t started, you can make changes within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us. After 24 hours, changes are usually not possible as production may have begun.
7. Do you accept returns?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for more information.
8. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to monitor your package’s delivery status.
9. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged item. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.
10. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement if customization has not yet started. After that, cancellations are not permitted. For urgent requests, please contact us directly.
11. How do I leave a review?
We’d love to hear from you! You can leave a review on the product page of the item you purchased or reach out to us on social media. Your feedback helps us improve and allows others to shop with confidence.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. However, stay tuned as we may expand our shipping options in the future!
