Refund and Returns Policy for SK Gifts World

At SK Gifts World, we are committed to providing quality customized gifts. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we aim to resolve them fairly and promptly. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that:

  • Are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Do not match the customization details provided by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at skgiftsworld@gmail.com or call us at 9791274514 within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue, along with clear photos if applicable.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we confirm eligibility, we will provide you with return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  3. Shipping the Item: Please package the item securely and ship it back using a reliable carrier with tracking information. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued, such as when the returned item shows signs of use or is missing parts.

4. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or returns on:

  • Items that are not defective but customized to the customer’s specifications.
  • Products returned more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for customized items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within the return window for assistance.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please:

7. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided customization has not yet begun. After 24 hours, or if customization has started, cancellations are not permitted.
